Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of complex data models using SAP HANA calculation views, SQL scripts, Stored procedures etc.
Define and maintain data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles.
Establish and enforce strong data governance practices, metadata management, and data quality standards. Work with clients to establish data standards, data governance structure, data quality, and data compliance standards.
Lead the integration of SAP HANA data with enterprise data platforms such as data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics tools.
Provide technical leadership in performance tuning, data lifecycle management, and best practices in SAP data modelling.
Define data lineage strategy, data archiving, decommissioning strategy to manage historical data and reduce TCO.
Architect and manage real-time and near real time data replications from SAP (ECC, S/4HANA) sources ensuring data integrity and minimal latency.
Must be able to lead and provide guidance to other team members to ensure overall successful delivery of customer service.
Own end-to-end SAP service delivery including resource management, stakeholder management, and financial management. Manage the onshore-offshore service model and ensure seamless delivery for the client services.
Ensure 100 compliance with contractual SLAs/KPIs across incident, problem, and change management processes.
Serve as the single point of contact for business and IT stakeholders for client services.
Conduct service reviews, operational governance meetings, and executive updates.
Manage customer expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Manage the AMS budget, including resource forecasting, margin optimization, and identifying opportunities for upselling value-added services.

Required skills and experience:
14+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 10 years focused on SAP HANA systems.
14+ years in SAP, with at least 12 years specifically in a Service Delivery or AMS Lead role for HANA environments
In-depth understanding of SAP data structures, data dictionary, Calculation Views, and data replication tools (e.g., SLT, SDI).
Proficiency in SAP BTP services, specifically SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Integration Suite.
Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse and data lake architecture patterns.
Solid knowledge of data governance frameworks and Mastre Data Management principles, particularly within SAP landscapes.
Experience in conducting design thinking workshops.
Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., SAP HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP).
Expert knowledge of ITIL 4 frameworks, particularly in the context of Managed Services.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to present to senior leadership and executive audiences.
Excellent decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

Education:
Required Bachelor s or Master s university degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.
Any SAP certification(s) in data architecture or HANA modelling is good to have
