Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, you will engage in the design and development of application architectures for custom software systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating these needs into scalable and secure technical solutions, and ensuring high performance in the applications you architect. You will also be responsible for evaluating existing systems and recommending improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency, while maintaining a focus on best practices in software design and development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application architecture.
- Develop and document architectural designs and specifications to guide development teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with application performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Knowledge of security best practices in application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
