Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for interfacing with cross-functional technical teams to ensure orchestration across marketing technology stack. This role will work directly with our business unit and product marketing managers to provide reporting, best practices, and recommendations to improve the overall experience.  

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operation and orchestration of the marketing automation technology, content management system, and internal platforms.
  • Track and optimize performance between technology partners and internal systems.
  • Orchestrate integration roadmap and ensure development work is on time, correct, and marketing tools communicates successfully.
  • Ensure marketing technology is used to execute, analyze, and improve marketing across the customer life cycle.
  • Measure internal collaboration and the impact of marketing activity and reach of new customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field with at least 5 or years of technology integration experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Engineering or technology background preferred
  • Functional knowledge of marketing automation technology
  • Knowledge of website design principles
  • Project management experience
  • Experience coordinating sprint-based development work
  • Ability to develop budget and scope for multiple BU projects
  • Technology Integration-specific knowledge
  • Experience building Martech integrations for web and app platforms
  • Experience with automation software and CRM
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Familiarity with CMS systems
  • Familiarity with data structures, data validation, and ETL/SQL processes
  • Knowledge of SEO

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
