Job Summary

Do you have ambitions to become a project manager but don’t know how to get started? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the fast paced, high profile Triple Ring program management team. The program management team is responsible for the delivery of multimillion dollar, highly complex, multidisciplinary, technical programs within the medical technology business. As an associate project manager you will be working alongside our most experienced Program Managers and Program Directors, providing critical project support and helping them deliver excellence for our clients. Supporting with the day to day project operations, you will provide highly valued assistance to the project teams and the project or program manager. Taking on key responsibilities from the PM to enable them to focus on running the program is an essential role and we are looking for people who have a specific interest in helping to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the program manager during the creation of project schedules and budgets
  • Schedule resources and organize project meetings, both internally and externally
  • Provide updates to the business on resource requirements, project progress and project budget
  • Help the PM with the creation of weekly project dashboards and client reports
  • Support the project team by liaising with the PM on specific needs and issues as they occur
  • Manage and maintain deliverables tracking spread sheets, risk registers and action logs
  • Help the PM with vendors and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of key project materials
  • Provide support to the PM during the creation of proposals and SOW’s for new project opportunities
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and be able to support multiple program managers

Education, Experience, and Skills

  • BS/MS Degree in engineering, applied sciences or the biological sciences.
  • 2-3 years experience working in a project oriented environment or in support of project delivery
  • An understanding of how to break work down into discreet tasks and create schedules and plans
  • Proven ability to gather data and turn it into presentations and reports using MS Office software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work within a team to solve complex problems
  • An ability to quickly switch context and be involved in multiple projects
  • Good oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to foster important relationships with team members and key stakeholders
  • Must be adept at handling multiple complex tasks, priorities, and projects simultaneously under time and project constraints
  • Detail oriented with good administration skills, including time management and adaptability
  • Must be a team player, self-starter, persistent, persuasive and goal oriented
  • Open Air or other systems experience preferred

The annual salary range for jobs which are performed in US, California is $80,000 to $100,000. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and work location.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which requires working onsite a minimum of 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and 1-day of your choice. In certain circumstances the hybrid work model may change to accommodate business needs.
