Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate and has experience in solving complex problems with a systematic approach. As our second dedicated Product Designer, you will help create new functionalities as well as streamline existing experiences and interfaces to level the experience for our users across the platform. This is a strategic and rewarding role that will work cross-functionally with other teams.

What is your job?

• Be a key part of our end-to-end product development process driving projects from concept to delivery

• Own a significant part of product delivery to create best-in-class user experience

• Work closely in agile squads of product, design, engineering, and QA team members 

• Streamline UI/UX and product design workflows and processes

• Join and conduct research sessions (interviews, usability testing, etc.)

• Create prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews in co-creation sessions with other team members

• Contributing to our product design language through continuous iteration of a design system and UI library

• Deliver design specifications and support during implementation

Who are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience building high-quality platform products at scale in a SaaS context

• Experience working with design systems to efficiently and pragmatically scale out a visual identity across a complex platform

• Experience in building out end-to-end-flows and prototypes at all levels of fidelity

• Proven experience working with frontend engineers (if you like to code yourself, that’s obviously a big plus - we use Vue and Tailwind)

• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a result-oriented way

• Passionate about continuous learning and wants to shape the future of work.
