Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to key decisions. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing application features, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement application features based on business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Contribute to key decisions and provide insights for process improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing test plans and strategies. - Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks. - Experience in performing functional testing and defect tracking. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM or JIRA. - Recommendation: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - 15 years of full-time education is required.
