Job Description:

Coordinates test activities for a medium to large test team including manual and automation testers. Communicates with the offshore and onsite client and service teams to ensure proper test delivery. Reports and escalates on time to appropriate stakeholders for timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Design and create test automation scripts
Execute test automation scripts and analyze results
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Coordinate and communicate with the project team for the issues encountered
Build and manage relationships and ensure customer/client satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
•  Relevant experience, typically
7 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 5+ years in automation testing
•  Atleast 2 years experience using Selenium Playwright
•  Basic coding and debugging skills
•  Effective communication and collaboration abilities
•  Strong problem-solving mindset
•  Willingness to learn and adapt to the field

•  Knowledge on Software Testing Life Cycle, Software Development Life Cycle and QA Methodologies

•  Experience in using Testing Tools - JIRA, HP ALM, etc


Other Qualifications:
•  ISTQB or equivalent certification is preferred but not required.
