About the Role

根据公司发展策略与方向，分层级分析增员存在问题并提出改善措施，为公司人力发展策略提供重要支撑，助力机构完善增员体系搭建。

岗位职责：

1、保险行业分析，了解行业的最新信息及行业的机遇与挑战

2、同业公司的最新动态分析，及时了解同业的增员举措与效果，作为分析参考

3、增员市场的形势和机会分析，了解针对不同行业、不同渠道的增员情况，为扩大增员开口提供建议

4、内部增员数据分析，对各层级增员主体进行分析，挖掘增员存在的问题，并提出解决方案

任职要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历，金融、教育、管理专业优先

2、6年以上行业工作经验，3年以上增员管理经验或Agency团队管理经验

3、良好的策略规划能力、前瞻力、行业研究能力、洞察力及分析力

4、优质人力发展系统建设，系统性思维

5、具备高效沟通和影响力、较强的语言及文字驾驭能力

6、基础英文读写能力，擅长使用WORD.\PPT.\EXCEL.等office 软件
