About the Role
Persona is working on an exciting suite of products, and we are looking for an Events Marketer to support and expand Persona’s events strategy. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to grow brand awareness, generate demand, and engage with both prospects and customers through various in-person and virtual events.
This role will have a direct impact on Persona’s long-term growth goals and work with various teams, including, but not limited to, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to grow brand awareness and generate pipelines.

Compensation & Equity
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $120,000 - $150,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
