Job Summary

We are seeking a full cycle Recruiter to join our People Team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability to identify and attract top talent, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. As a Recruiter at Productiv, you will play a critical role in helping us find the right people to drive our company's success.

What you'll do

• Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage all hiring for all functions including planning, sourcing, negotiating offers, and creating the best candidate experience
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment progress.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Time Management: Manage multiple open positions and recruitment processes simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve hiring goals.
• Data Cleanliness: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices to build a workforce that reflects our company values and culture.
• Problem-Solve: Address challenges creatively and adaptively, ensuring a smooth recruitment process despite any obstacles.

Who you are

• You have a strong understanding of the recruiting landscape, with an understanding of how to identify and attract top startup talent
• You have, or are comfortable learning how to hire across the business from go-to-market to engineering.
• Proficiency in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to close. 
• You pride yourself on strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• You have a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• You maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation and are an excellent multitasker. 
• You have used any of the following or have a strong willingness to learn how to use them:
• Greenhouse, BrightHire, Rippling, LinkedIn Recruiter

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $110,000. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, benefits, or discretionary bonus.
