  • <point>Monitor Financial Metrics: Track payments, CAPEX, loans, and accrued interest. Calculate investment returns (IRRs) and monitor financial covenants.</point>
  • <point>Portfolio Data and Systems Management: Manage all portfolio data through our internal systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis.</point>
  • <point>Performance Monitoring: Engage directly with portfolio companies to manage the reporting process, including the ingestion and validation of performance information.</point>
  • <point>Stakeholder Reporting and Relations: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing reporting requirements and building effective working relationships.</point>
  • <point>Process Design and Improvement: Take the lead on designing, documenting, and implementing new operational policies, processes, and controls to support our growing portfolio.</point>
  • <point>Risk Management: Collaborate with our local and central operations teams to monitor the portfolio in line with our risk management frameworks.</point>

  • <point>You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant role, such as portfolio operations or corporate finance, gained at a bank, investment firm (PE, VC), or within a corporate strategy/development team.</point>
  • <point>You have a solid understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance and are able to accurately interpret an income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.</point>
  • <point>You are skilled in designing and implementing systems and processes, with experience writing policy and control documentation.</point>
  • <point>You are a strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to build and manage strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.</point>
  • <point>You are proactive, highly organised, and results-driven, with a knack for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</point>
  • <point>Highly desirable: Experience with financial modelling and debt instruments, particularly financial leases.</point>
