As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion and supporting the mission of our many company initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of freelance graphic designers while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to create advertising materials in the form of email campaigns, digital ads, print brochures, and keynote presentations that adhere to the brand standards 
  • Work closely with our coaching team to execute their vision for our instructional design workbooks and presentations
  • Oversee the creation of assets for our 10 visual identities within the organization, ensuring brand standards are followed for each, including our podcast, car giveaways, thought leadership, coaching curriculum, events, and many more
  • Develop new branding concepts for our quarterly company initiatives
  • Produce innovative multi-platform creative from start to finish (you must love to face an empty white artboard!)
  • Ruthlessly maintain standards for typography, color selection, and composition
  • Support product launches and all relevant company initiatives from a creative point of view, maintaining brand consistency across all assets
  • Maintain our media catalog and server organization
  • Build, edit, and deliver files across all mediums – from social media assets to large and small-scale print assets

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:

  • 7+ years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in an Senior Graphic Designer or Graphic Designer role
  • Experience in logo design, brand ideation, and brand guide development
  • Demonstrate strong capabilities in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) with a variety of print mediums (think flyers, postcards, and brochures) as well as digital design such as ads and keynote presentations
  • Apple Keynote experience preferred 
  • Has a refined and sophisticated aesthetic with an exceptional eagle-eye attention to detail
  • Have a fast-paced work ethic that allows you to meet tight deadlines (24-hour deadline with a to-do list a mile long? No problem!)
  • Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude
  • Maintain constant attention to brand cohesion while not being afraid to suggest new approaches
  • Have a natural desire to take on new initiatives and stay on top of design trends
