As a Graphic Designer of the Creative Services team, you’ll create, manage and produce top-notch multimedia content for Qantas Loyalty and its broad range of businesses such as Qantas Shopping, Qantas Wine, Qantas Money, Qantas Insurance and Qantas Hotels & Holidays. 

In this role, you’ll deliver a range of on-brand print and digital content for Qantas owned and partner channels. You’ll be a creative thinker with the ability to bring concepts to life through email, web, social media, digital display, print, motion graphics and large-scale OOH. Working alongside members of the Creative Services team and key stakeholders, you’ll support campaigns that enhance the program experience for millions of Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards members.

To succeed here, you’ll be an enthusiastic team player, have strong communication and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be able to articulate your ideas, negotiate feedback and meet deadlines while managing stakeholder expectations and delivering best in class work.  

You'll have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 - 5 years experience working in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
  • A portfolio demonstrating versatility and excellence in a variety of design work, and
    responding to client briefs.
  • Experience rolling out campaigns across multiple platforms including websites, social media, email marketing, OOH and print collateral.
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines and producing high end design solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proven project management capabilities and the ability to see a brief through from start to finish.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage in feedback processes, quickly implement changes and offer alternatives while being able to meet deadlines. 
  • Knowledge of print production is desirable.
  • HTML / CSS knowledge is desirable.
