STILL Materials Handling Ltd is part of the KION Group, one of the World’s leading manufacturers of forklift trucks, warehouse and material handling equipment. We are currently looking for an experienced Regional Service Manager to join our team covering the East Midlands area.

As a Regional Service Manager at STILL, working with your colleagues across the business, your role would facilitate the profitable growth of the Service business through regional responsibility for our service customers. This includes regular contact with our customers, who you will account manage by building strong relationship, as well as direct line management responsibility for the region’s Field Service Engineers.

Who are we looking for?

To be considered for this role, you will need experience of the following areas:

  • Service management / controller / team leader experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • The ability to plan, organise, prioritise job responsibilities

  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Previous experience of building and developing strong customer relationships

  • Commercial mindset

  • Professional appearance

  • Previous experience of SAP Systems

  • Valid driving licence
