Conocimientos y habilidades necesarios:
Maestría / MBA
Licenciatura, de preferencia Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación
Experiencia en eCommerce proyectos de transformación digital mínimo de 7 años
Experiencia en proyectos relacionados a temas de lealtad, colocación de tarjetas
Liderando equipos digitales, SCRUM/AGILE es un must
Conocimiento intermedio de procesos de ITIL
Experiencia en dar soporte técnico / Operativo / funcional
Seguimiento a proyectos, incidencias y requerimientos en herramientas ITIL (Preferencia Service Now o JIRA, pero puede ser Remedy, Footprints o similares)
Experiencia en documentación y mapeo de procesos.
Experiencia en creación de Documentos de conocimientos (KBA’s)
