WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work closely and collaboratively with Global and Geo Women’s Brand, Media, Social, Comms, Sports Marketing, Creative, and Business Teams. As needed, you will manage agencies and partners to bring strategies to life.  

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a North America Digital Marketing Special for Women’s Lifestyle & Fitness who will lead distinctive and disruptive digital strategies and plans that deepen Nike’s brand connection & influence.

The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about Nike, Sport, Style and Culture. They have a strong vision for how Nike can cultivate digital innovation and inspiration to build meaningful relationships with the consumer. Deep digital marketing experience and a willingness to take calculated risks is key in this role, along with a deep understanding of the sport and style consumer. We are looking for an individual who will bring contagious curiosity, unrelenting passion and commitment to finishing the play.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • Understanding of new technologies and how to bring new ideas to life.
  • Strong understanding of full funnel digital marketing strategies and how to collaborate with brand, creative, paid media, retail, social & comms. 
  • Great interpersonal skills and teamwork mentality and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A strong sense of personal accountability and a bias for action.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role you will help define and execute digital marketing plans for Training and Lifestyle consumers, delivering disruptive ideas to ignite the brand, as well as digital experiences that deliver key business outcomes and growth. That includes managing end-to-end digital content journeys, briefs and plans that inspire and engage consumers on and off Nike’s owned platforms. As a Specialist within Women’s Digital Brand Team, you will:

  • Be a part of the team helping a new generation of young athletes fall in love with Sport & Style.
  • Work closely with a diverse and talented mix of cross-functional Global and Geo Brand, Business, and Creative teams.
  • Get to work on projects that will deliver on the consumers’ loved classic products while being a part of the team that defines new consumer trends
  • Need to be comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with building and executing best-in-class Digital Marketing journeys.
