Your knowledge and experience on internal communications is instrumental to support the Executive Leadership, particularly in the HR and HSSE communities. You advise key stakeholders and support them by developing high-quality concepts and communications. 

You will find yourself working together in an expanding global Brand & Communications team while supporting building a world-class internal communications approach. Your role 

• This is a high-profile job in the global organisation of Fugro. You work directly with Executive Leadership Team Members and other senior leaders of the organisation. You advise these stakeholders and support them by developing high-quality concepts and communications; 

• You work closely with other colleagues in the global Brand & Communications team; which covers the work areas: brand, internal communications, PR, public affairs, and digital communications; 

• You develop an agenda setting approach to drive the Fugro story on its purpose, values, and culture across the globe to drive employee engagement and purpose-driven behavior; 

• You develop enduring communications concepts that are future-proof and bring something new to Fugro and improve the effectiveness of our communications; 

• You plan, organise, and evaluate regular internal communications activities; 

• You set up audience and campaign research to gather insights on improving our internal communications. 

Your track record 

• Degree in Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management or similar; 

• Previous experience in a global corporate environment is essential; 

• Project management experience is a must-have; 

• Affinity with technology and innovation is seen a plus; 

• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (Dutch would be a plus); 

• A drive to deliver results, measure success and learn from insights.
