The Baltimore office of Hogan Lovells seeks an outstanding mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join our leading Tier 1 M&A practice representing clients on domestic and cross-border transactions in a broad range of industries, including technology, aerospace & defense, consumer, life sciences, education, automotive, diversified industrial and energy. Successful candidates will possess experience in M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and restructurings and the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client teams. Familiarity with securities issuances and venture capital/private equity financings is a plus. A strong desire and ability to integrate into a collegial team environment is critical, including mentoring and supervising more junior associates.
