Job Description:
This role is critical in leading the RTR team for the BTS HKM division. The RTR Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of Record to Report processes, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and maintaining compliance with corporate governance and internal controls. The individual will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive consistency and optimize finance operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the RTR team to execute daily financial operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls, maintaining a robust financial governance framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial transformation programs and ERP implementations.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, coordinating responses and implementing recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives to align RTR processes with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in RTR processes, preferably in a corporate finance environment; Minimum 3 years of experience in team leading.
- In-depth knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools. Strong understanding of revenue related financial accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
