About the Role

This role is responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes

Job Description:

• Process assigned cases as per the requirements within the targeted time

• To support policy adjustments/maintain client and policy information

• Processing bills and payments

• Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded

• Ensure 100% timely implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute in team activities

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Requirements:

• Preferably University Degree in any field

• Preferably 1 year working experience 

• Experience in a shared services or similar environment providing financial operations services to external/internal stakeholders
