The Opportunity
This position works out of our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (Legal ARDx Entity , Abbott Group) office in Pinheiros, São Paulo. Our rapid diagnostics solutions are helping address some of the world’s greatest healthcare challenges
The scope of this job comprehends mainly Customer Analytics and Project Management for NPI (New Products Introduction) and Strategic initiatives.
As the Commercial Intelligence, NPI and Strategic Projects LAC Manager, you’ll be part of the Regional Marketing Team for LAC (Latin America and Canada), in close connection with the Business Insights Global Team, working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders across geographies within the LAC Region. The impact on the business is highly valuable for demonstrating the most relevant areas of opportunity and informing business decision.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver insights and recommendation to support business decisions in regular governance meetings
• Develop and maintain Business Scorecards and Dashboards
• Coordinate NPI and go-to-market plans data between global and region/countries
• Provide pre and post launch KPI tracking and analysis
• Manage strategic projects, integrating cross-functional initiatives to advance the business

Strong understanding of market research and analytics
Driven, Problem-solver, Resilient, Critical thinker, Collaborative
Proven track record in delivering results, self-starter
Ability to prioritize activities and negotiate due dates
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economy or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence
Solid knowledge in Excel
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations
Strong communication skills, including oral and written, in order to effectively explain the plans
Strong people and collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional and cross-geography teams
Proficiency of English written, oral and spoken.
Preferred Healthcare experience, but flexible to another segments.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with visualizations tools (e.g. PowerBI)
Proficiency in Spanish
