Position Summary:

Responsible for Mechanical maintenance of CNC machine tools & Utility.

Should be conversant with CNC & conventional machine tools repair maintenance & Preventive maintenance.

Work You’ll Do:

Look after breakdown maintenance of machine tools & utilities. Update material requirement sheets and float inquiries to OEM/Local supplier for mechanical parts. Prepare Preventive maintenance schedules for machines & utilities and ensure 100% PM of all equipment. Take appropriate actions on PM observations. Ensure maximum up time of machines and guide technicians as & when required. Immediate actions & follow up of technicians to attend BD and start machine. Update Machine shop’s Monthly MIS data. Update monthly MTTR, MTBF, Breakdown data. Ensure spares availability for equipment. Maintain records for ISO audit. Measuring Instrument repairing & maintain records Repairing and spares management of pneumatic tools like disc grinder, die grinder, air tool, impact wrench etc..   Drawing preparation & Local development of mechanical parts like shafts, gears, couplings etc.. Geometry & laser calibration scheduling & planning to keep machines as per OEM test chart. Plumbing, civil and fabrication work for miscellaneous repairing as required.

You will be part of maintenance team of Plant engineering.

Basic Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree Mechanical, Having hands on experience of repair & Maintenance of CNC machine tools & Plant Utilities. Experience required 5 to 7 years
