Maven is looking for a Senior Network Operations Associate who will manage the day-to-day operations of the Maven Performance Network. As a key member of the Network Operations team, you will play a critical role in helping to manage and support Maven’s network of fertility clinics and partners. This role will require excellent organization, communication, and internal collaboration skills. You will support partner onboarding and account management, maintain comprehensive documentation of network operational processes, and oversee strategic initiatives focused on clinical outcomes collection, care transitions, and other key projects. We’re looking for someone with previous experience in the fertility space who is passionate about healthcare, with A+ communication and strong organization and interpersonal skills.

As a Senior Network Operations Associate at Maven, you will: 

  • Support inbound emails and calls from fertility network partners related to Maven workflows and member benefits 
  • Manage end-to-end resolution of Maven member issues with fertility network partners
  • Assist with implementation and transition of care within the network for new Maven Managed Benefit clients
  • Serve as liaison between network stakeholders and internal teams to relay product bugs and feedback
  • Lead onboarding sessions and refresher trainings with clinic partners 
  • Own fertility network directory maintenance and updates
  • Create and maintain SOPs and assist with overall organization of Network Operations team resources
  • Own network reporting initiatives and special projects

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in provider operations, provider/customer success, and/or account management
  • Fertility industry experience is a plus
  • Fertility billing experience is a plus
  • Stellar organizational and analytical skill sets with high Excel/Google Sheets fluency
  • Strong, clear verbal and written communication
  • Direct experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and document complex operational processes
  • Resourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency
  • Trusted, team player looking to drive success in a fast-paced, start-up environment

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $81,000-$109,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

This role requires active work authorization in the US.
