Position Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Materials Flow Intern to support supply chain and manufacturing operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for a student interested in materials planning, logistics, and production processes, who enjoys working with data, analyzing workflows, and improving material flow efficiency. The intern will assist in monitoring material availability, supporting planning activities, and contributing to process optimization while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Responsible and detail-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication skills across departments
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or AS400 is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward
  • Active student in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Position Overview


The Materials Flow Intern will support the analysis and organization of part numbers within the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) structure, ensuring accurate data and alignment with operational needs. Responsibilities include assisting in Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis, reviewing current material flow, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

The role also involves monitoring material flow processes, identifying potential risks that could impact production continuity (such as line stoppages), and supporting preventive actions through data tracking and reporting. The intern will collaborate with Materials, Planning, and Production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure smooth and efficient material flow across operations.
