We are looking for an Intern to support operational and administrative activities carried out at the Executive level. If you enjoy a dynamic environment, good organization, working with people, and a wide variety of tasks — this role will be a great opportunity for you.

You will work closely with the Executive team, contribute to key organizational initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in administrative, project, and communication activities.

Your responsibilities

Administrative & communication support

  • Preparing documents, presentations, summaries, and short meeting notes.
  • Coordinating information flow between the Executive team, managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring completeness of materials and documentation needed for meetings.

Meeting & event coordination

  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, arranging rooms, and hosting guests.
  • Providing technical support (microphone checks, projector setup, room preparation).
  • Contacting external vendors (catering, event suppliers), gathering offers, comparing options, and coordinating execution.

Operational support

  • Supporting key office processes:
    • workplace reservation system,
    • office supplies and procurement,
    • access cards and basic office administration,
    • handling incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Ensuring the office and meeting spaces operate smoothly on a daily basis.

Project involvement

  • Preparing basic analyses, research, lists, and summaries for ongoing Executive initiatives.
  • Collaborating with various departments to gather inputs for materials and reports.

Ad‑hoc tasks

  • Providing flexible support for ongoing, time‑sensitive administrative topics requested by managers or the Executive team.

  • Solid command of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
