WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Nike is seeking for a meticulous and detailed-oriented Compensation Delivery Solutions Analyst II to join our Greater China team. In this role, you’ll work with cross functional partners to ensure timely and accurate administration of our compensation, incentive and equity plans while constantly evaluating new opportunities to drive efficiencies and improvements in our processes and outcomes.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the employee compensation programs. This includes tasks like processing incentive calculation, equity plans local operations, annual pay review, year-end bonus, mini wage audit and service awards. You will partner with the Compensation COE and Compensation GPO to effectively operationalize new compensation plan designs and changes to existing plans. Monitor effectiveness of existing Compensation policies, guidelines, and processes is also part of the work, this is to ensure you are providing operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution. You will also need to stay current on compensation related legislation to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You'll report to the Compensation Delivery Solutions Manager, APGC and will be part of the Total Rewards Solutions APGC team. You will be the key counterpart for the global Compensation Solutions, GPO and global Equity team. On the daily, you'll also collaborate with HR professionals and other team members across the region, including but not limited to Compensation COE, Payroll, Data Management, People Solutions Services, People Solutions Consultation, Legal/Compliance, Employee Relations, and Finance and external vendors.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in compensation, incentive programs operations and/or payroll, benefits; shared service center/equity plan administration experience is preferred
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that are aligned to strategy, support business objectives, and meet all legal requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy.
  • Growth mindset flexible and able to excel within ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while simplifying and bringing clarity to make things happen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with Workday is a strong plus.
