About the Role

该岗位 在HR整体战略愿景与目标的框架下,协助人力资源部负责人规划人员需求，为人才盘点与布局提供建议

1.负责简历筛选、人员邀约、Workday系统流程操作及员工服务等；

2.负责安排新员工入职培训、跟岗培训及合规反洗钱专项培训；

3.负责组织员工活动、员工福利采购发放、员工关怀等；

4.负责高管考试报名、高管材料报备、高管学习及日常高管管理；

5.负责跟进员工年度计划制定、绩效评估及绩效面谈组织；

6.直属主管安排的其他工作
