What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reviewing financial forecasts and plans, as well as monthly financial performance. You will address any inconsistencies, evaluate and justify strategic initiatives, and manage multiple projects to ensure alignment with our growth initiatives in Turkey & Caspian.

How you will do it

  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial forecasts and plans.
  • Monitor and report on monthly financial performance, addressing any inconsistencies.
  • Evaluate and justify strategic initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure alignment with growth initiatives.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with management to address evolving business issues.
  • Prepare presentations for the Executive Team.
  • Establish budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
  • Ensure timely global deliverables and review financial metrics for accuracy.
  • Coordinate planning and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team and consolidate Operating Review packages.
  • Manage SG&A expenses, track and monitor savings, and support key initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback effectively.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 8-10 years of progressive financial experience in a multinational business.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with significant experience in written and oral reports and presentations to high-level management.
  • Ability to listen effectively, evaluate critical elements, and communicate openly and timely with the team and Director.
  • Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams across various internal and external organizations and geographies.
  • Effective consultative and influencing approach.
  • Willingness to challenge customers and stakeholders to better understand their needs.
  • Ability to promote innovative ideas and accept the risks required to lead change.
  • Ability to translate broad concepts into tangible deliverables.
  • Independent decision-making ability and readiness to assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situations.
  • Strong analytical skills, research capabilities, and overall business acumen.

Preferred

  • Experience in a U.S. company.
  • Experience in team management.
