Corporate Strategy: reimagine products, services, and assets to disrupt and win the market.

Efficiency Projects: reset and variabilize cost structures.

Organizational Design: architect business models that embrace the future of work and technology. It promotes corporate transformation by challenging the organization design.

A role in the Strategy Team is varied and stimulating because each project presents a new challenge and will provide exposure to new business issues, technologies, people, and multiple organizations. We seek people who can challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspectives, and conceive innovative solutions.

HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥

❕ Project Delivery!

• Understand client issues and structure the problem to develop hypotheses around possible solutions; understand the company’s key strategic/operational issues (market definition, industry trends, client issues).
• Compile data, conduct analyses of data to prove or disprove the hypotheses.
• Develop and utilize industry knowledge to be able to make implementation-oriented recommendations.
• Develop business case elements to highlight the financial implication of recommendations.
• Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments.
• Build financial models to back up a business case
• Help develop innovative, fact-based, and achievable strategies and operating models after evaluation of multiple strategic options.

 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA is highly desirable.
• Consultancy background is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience.
• High proficiency in English.
• Availability to travel may be required.
