The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is responsible for shaping and delivering an integrated and consistent approach to the Group’s data, analytics, and AI capability.

We help our business partners within the group extract value out of their data better and faster to ensure they can meet and predict the ever-changing needs of our customers.


Do work that matters

As an AI Practice Engagement Manager, you will flow to work across the AI Practice, Generative AI Domain, and broader Decision Science team to help deliver a consistent and customer focused AI narrative across group.
 

In this capacity, you will support the AI Practice Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in executing the AI communication plans and driving proactive engagement within the team as well as supporting initiatives across the change.

On any given day, you will:

  • Contribute to creating and delivering communication strategies across a portfolio of areas and may also contribute to the delivery of strategies and plans to support CBA Group-wide campaigns and initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with members of the AI leadership teams to draft and deliver communications activity, and create and drive compelling narratives, campaigns, and internal communication opportunities.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Proven experience in an internal focused communications role, managing business communication strategy and implementation.

  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to simplify complex messages.

  • Proven technical expertise and an ability to contribute to and execute strategic programs of work and tactical activities.

  • An ability to apply sound judgement to ensure communications strategies reflect and align to the broader AI narrative.

  • An obsession for delivering effective communications that is focused on improving the lived experiences of our customers.

  • Experience in data, analytics, and AI (highly advantageous).

  • Change management and employee engagement experience (desirable).

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to collaborate with multiple teams and functions to deliver strong outcomes.
