  • Global and/or Regional Operations initiatives roll-out & implementations in Asia branches (excl. Japan and China).

  • Operations Resource Management and People Agenda champion (Performance and Talent Development, Engagement and Retention).

  • Responsible for the regional operations business management and reporting.

Job requirements:

  • Min 3 years experience in the people agenda

  • Experience in creating proposals and equipped with numerical concepts.

  • Degree in any field

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese for effective communication with native Japanese speakers in Head Office would be a significant advantage.

  • Experience in Human Resource management

  • Experience in bank’s office operations (Import/ Export, Deposit, Remittance, Loans, Deposits and Treasury) would be an advantage.

  • Experience in stakeholder management to collaborate with other departments.

  • Experience in project management, to support operations department in delivering projects.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to influence others.

  • A team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Able to work under short-timeline and changing priorities.
