Senior Technical Program Manager - DevOps (Mandarin Speaking)

About the Team

We're in search of a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our DevOps team. This essential position will steer cross-platform initiatives and collaborate with partners throughout the DevOps organization and the broader Engineering organization. The role involves overseeing projects from the ground up, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, deadlines, and budgets.

What we’re looking for

• Have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline or relevant experience

• 7 years of experience in technical program management within a DevOps or software development setting

• Experience managing large scale, multifaceted projects with numerous stakeholders in the online service space

• Demonstrate knowledge of SDLC and Infrastructure/ IaC, Cloud Technologies (AWS), Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and DevOps practices

• Possess excellent communication and leadership abilities that motivate and influences others without direct authority across multiple time zones

• Understand cost management and budgeting

• Understand and establish disaster recover plans

• Have proficiency/ fluency in English and Mandarin languages

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$118,600.00

Maximum:

$259,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
