The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of
the Quality Management System (QMS) tool. This role requires strong collaboration with Operations and
Quality teams to identify data requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver insights using
advanced SQL, data engineering, and AI/ML capabilities. The individual will play a key role in driving
intelligent automation, improving data accuracy, and enabling predictive and data-driven quality
assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
QMS Development & Enhancement Lead the design, development, and continuous
improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) tool. Integrate AI/ML models to
enhance quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive analysis. Identify system
gaps and implement scalable enhancements to improve quality tracking and reporting.

Data Analysis, SQL & ML Development Develop complex SQL queries, stored
procedures, and functions to analyze large datasets. Build and maintain ETL pipelines
using tools such as SSIS. Apply machine learning techniques for pattern recognition,
forecasting, and quality risk prediction. Ensure data validation, consistency, and integrity
across systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Business teams
to gather and document data requirements. Translate business needs into technical and AI-driven solutions. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, and
AI/ML practitioners.
Reporting, Insights & Predictive Analytics Design reporting frameworks aligned with KPIs
and quality metrics. Develop dashboards and reports with predictive insights using AI/ML
models. Enable proactive decision-making through trend analysis and forecasting.

Automation & Intelligent Process Improvement Drive automation initiatives leveraging
AI/ML to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Identify opportunities for intelligent
process optimization within the QMS ecosystem. Implement solutions that enhance
productivity and minimize errors.

Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor analysts and technical teams in SQL, data
analytics, and AI/ML adoption. Promote best practices in data science, model
deployment, and analytics. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong expertise in SQL, Oracle, and database development
• Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS) and data warehousing concepts
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., regression, classification, clustering,
anomaly detection)

• Experience in applying machine learning for business insights or automation
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems or similar tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and AI-driven solutions
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification or training in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Experience with Python, R, or ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
• Experience in predictive analytics, automation, or intelligent reporting systems
• Background in financial services or operations-driven environments
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
