We are currently seeking a Senior Director – Occupier Services (Large Accounts) to join our team.

What this job involves

Leading strategic relationships and managing industry-leading accounts

As Senior Director, Occupier Services, you will lead and grow strategic relationships with major occupier clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives across global and regional portfolios. You will be accountable for the delivery of integrated real estate solutions, ensuring consistently high standards of client service, value creation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Own and lead relationships with large, complex occupier accounts, engaging regularly with senior stakeholders through structured and informal meetings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business strategies, real estate objectives, risk profiles, and growth plans, translating these into clear account strategies and service roadmaps.
  • Manage client expectations proactively, ensuring transparency, alignment, and confidence in delivery outcomes.
  • Represent JLL as the primary escalation and solution point for strategic, commercial, and delivery-related matters.

Account Strategy & Service Delivery

  • Set and oversee account strategy, ensuring seamless execution across service lines and delivery teams.
  • Ensure projects, programs, and advisory mandates are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budgets, and in line with client KPIs and SLAs.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery, leveraging technology, data, and best-practice methodologies.
  • Maintain strong governance, reporting, and performance management frameworks across all assigned accounts.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, originate, and convert new business opportunities within existing and target occupier accounts.
  • Actively cross-sell and expand JLL’s service offering, including Project & Development Services (PDS) and other complementary business lines.
  • Partner closely with sector, regional, and service-line leaders to shape compelling client value propositions and win strategies.
  • Contribute to pipeline development, revenue growth, and margin improvement objectives.

Internal Coordination & Leadership

  • Coordinate internal resources mobilisation with Space Cluster lead
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive culture.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and support succession planning within the delivery teams.
  • Champion JLL values, ethics, and risk management standards across all client engagements.

Operational & Commercial Excellence

  • Ensure strong financial transparency and commercial governance.
  • Monitor delivery performance and proactively address risks related to timelines, resourcing, quality, or client satisfaction.
  • Support global and regional account alignment, ensuring consistency of service while respecting local market dynamics.

Travel & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Undertake travel as required for client meetings, stakeholder engagement, and business development activities.


As Senior Director for Occupier Services, you will lead and develop relationships with large occupier accounts. You will be responsible for delivering integrated real estate solutions, ensuring outstanding client service and value. Your role will focus on understanding client objectives, overseeing account strategy and execution, and driving innovation and operational excellence within account teams. You will facilitate regular senior stakeholder engagement, mobilize internal resources, and identify growth opportunities to expand JLL’s service offering.

Your experience in executive client management and solution delivery will be key in supporting global and regional accounts. You will be expected to mentor and develop your account teams, championing a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Education and experience
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Significant leadership experience managing large occupier accounts in commercial real estate or related consulting sectors is required. Proven capability in executive relationship management, strategy development, and client solution delivery is essential.
