Role Summary

As the Personalization Product Owner on the Workplace Investors Experience Team within Retirement Plan Services, you will spearhead the personalization strategy aimed at delivering impactful messaging to drive retirement investor action. Utilizing an agile model, you will guide strategic planning, design, and delivery processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a support team through the design and delivery phases.
  • Creating new content or leveraging existing content to develop personalized messaging.
  • Identifying and utilizing critical data to deliver highly personalized messaging through multiple channels.
  • Conveying the process and results to other marketing teams to align to the Retirement Plan Services value proposition to increase engagement and action.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Personalization Strategy: Guide the product vision and strategy with a focus on delivering personalized omnichannel experiences. Use individual user data and preferences to drive innovative and engaging solutions.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strategically collaborate with creative and technical partners to identify, prioritize, and implement features that harness personalization to drive the next best steps. Utilize design thinking and analytics to shape product design.
  • Champion Experience Optimization: Lead the testing and optimization of participant-facing personalized experiences. Ensure continuous improvement and refinement of user interactions.
  • Steer Performance Analytics: Direct the analysis and interpretation of reporting to extract actionable insights. Share findings that will enhance the sales narrative, digital experience, and personalization strategy.
  • Oversee Segmentation Strategy: Collaborate with creative and technology partners to define and target appropriate audience segments for personalized calls to action. Establish and manage triggers and risk-mitigation attributes.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relations: Formulate and communicate the product vision and strategy. Build consensus, share key milestones, and demonstrate product value through meaningful insights and success stories.​
  • Align Business Goals with Participant Value: Lead the strategic alignment of business goals with participant value in collaboration with creative and technical partners. Formulate business requirements and adapt strategies based on technical constraints and efficiencies. Own the scope and level of effort management.​
  • Own Marketing Profile Data: Serve as the primary data owner, ensuring that business data needs are effectively communicated to and addressed by Technology teams, both within T. Rowe Price and externally.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience.

  • History with a role that included design and development work (ie: HTML +  Photoshop)

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.

Base salary ranges:

$103,500.00 - $177,000.00 for the location of: California, New York
$91,000.00 - $155,500.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$83,000.00 - $141,000.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the roleBase salary is only one component of our total compensation packageEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
