About the Role

To play a key role in the growth of AIA Vitality business and expansion of its ecosystem with focus on benefits, partnerships, partner operations and analysis/ reporting to deliver desired customer experience, especially related to:
1) Supporting of analysis/ reporting and preparation of materials related to programme and partner benefits
2) Supporting timely, accurate and efficient AIA Vitality operations focusing on the reporting and reconciliation of partner finances, partner utilization, partner incident management and investigation and user acceptance testing.
3) Undertake business analyst roles and responsibilities to support analysis and reporting required to meet business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Support design and development of new AIA Vitality benefits with Partners and digital heath solutions on mobile platform

  • Support the development and implementation of new benefits under the Know Your Health, Improve Your Health, and Enjoy Your Rewards
  • Drive personalization of benefits, where relevant, to improve engagement and clinical efficacy for members
  • Support new initiatives or programmes that incorporate AIA Vitality benefits into the propositions offerings
  • Provide support on partnership agreements with legal. This includes drafting, review and negotiation to achieve consensus on business terms
  • Provide support in onboarding new partners to AIA via all the processes as per legal and compliance requirements (eg: TPM)
  • Work with different stakeholders to ensure that benefits designed are aligned to the AIA’s objectives of improving member engagement and app usage

2. Support in partner management and operations

  • Regular monitoring and analysis of partner benefit usage and engagement and take relevant actions for improvement
  • Drive collaboration plans to drive adoption of partner benefits that will improve member engagement
  • Support engagement with partners on marketing and communication plans
  • Manage benefit usage and problem-solving for sustainable partnerships.
  • Liaising with partners in day-to-day partner benefit-related issues and problems
  • Ensure that rewards inventory is up-to-date

3. Support adoption of new benefits, Vitality engagement and campaigns

  • Support in driving adoption of benefits and engagement amongst members, which include representing AIA Vitality in campaign clinics and any rolldown for different stakeholders (customer service, agency distribution and corporate solutions)
  • Ensure that all communications assets related to new or updated benefits/ partners/ rewards are updated timeline and accurately
  • Support in pushing our rewards for campaigns to qualified Vitality members timely and accurately
  • Ensure that all announcements related to new launch/ new campaigns/ changes to programme/ downtime are implemented across relevant channels (for customers, staff, agents, corporate clients) are implemented timely
  • Provide support in relevant forums/sessions such as campaign clinics, trainings to share information on new or enhanced Vitality benefits.

4. Analysis & reporting on a timely basis

  • Analyse and track performance of new benefits/ rewards and campaigns in terms of utilisation and engagement
  • Provide support on analysis and reporting for partners business reviews
  • Manage monthly tracking of member count, engagement, VONB and related metrics for reporting across different reports/ platforms

Minimum job requirements:

  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant business discipline
  • 3 or more years experience in marketing/ business/ analysis reporting
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to working in a team environment
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Highly analytical and detail focused.
  • Preferably have strong interest in health and wellness
  • Special skills – added advantage with skills in MS Excel Intermediate
