Role and Responsibilities  

As a Strategic Initiatives Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with the SDP Commercial, Corporate Strategy, SDP Operations, SDP Partnerships, Sales Operations, Marketing, Products, Finance and Legal teams to find key opportunities and delivery key projects to accelerate the business revenues and results.

What will you achieve?

  • You will be the key person leading and overseeing the delivery of the key strategic initiatives what will support increasing the Business and the company revenues while making SDP more efficient.

  • You will have several activities that will support and work in tandem with different areas, such us, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Commercial,  among others, touching different verticals across the business including but not limited to:

    • Propose actions working closely with each team on key strategic opportunity for SDP and our customers.

    • Collaborate with the teams to maximize revenues for Sabre and our Customers.

    • Project manage all strategic initiatives across areas.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must Have Skills:

Positive attitude Capable of managing and prioritizing several competing tasks

Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior team members and stakeholders – including at C Level.

Competent CRM experience – including the use of excel, Salesforce and others Exceptional communication & presentation capabilities.

Knowledge on Payments, Finance, treasury, operations. Including but not limited to virtual cards (ex: cross-border, Acquiring, FX, etc)

Nice to Have Skills:

Understanding of the Travel Industry and the GDSs dynamics. Experience with Online, Leisure and Business travel agencies. Multilingual: Main Language: English. Other languages is a plus.
