Review the project scope, tender along with Project manager Highlight the Risk & challenges.

Review the CIS in line with project scope, technical specifications

Work with Design, SCM to provide necessary inputs to PM to prepare project schedule.

Ensure all critical path and milestones are clearly defined with dependencies from customer/PMC

Work with PM for allocation of skilled resource and subcon in line with project requirement

Weekly review with PM to track the progress of project, dependencies and ask for any support needed.

Highlight to respective stake holders in organisation for the support.

During site walk check for quality of installation.

Ensure audits done perodically and findings are addressed on immediate basis. Ensure project engineer do not repeat the findings of audit.

Monitoring of cost to go, invoicing, WIP/UBR, AR, Cost escalation if project is delayed beyond timeline. .
