A Day in the Life

The Patient Service representatives are in contact with diabetes patients, or parents of young patients and provide support, answers and solutions to questions regarding products usage, warranty and more They also meet patients upon needs and provide face to face support.

As Patient Service representative you will work as part of the customer service team and in close contact with other teams in the diabetes business unit.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide support, answers and solutions to questions regarding products usage, warranty and more 
  • Meet patients upon needs and provide face to face support
  • Be a part of the customer service team and in close contact with other teams in the diabetes business unit

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service positions
  • Filmier with CRM and ERP systems
  • Fluent in Hebrew, English and Arabic
