Join us as a Financial Control Associate

  • You’ll support the organisation in the delivery of end-to-end financial control activities through the preparation of process control information, outputs and data management

What you'll do

In your new role, you’ll be accountable for the delivery and integrity of monthly, quarterly and annual process control information, including data outputs, timetables, instructions and communications.

Along with this, you’ll be:

  • Undertake data management and process control activities to support financial control end to end reporting 
  • Continuously review all data and documentation related to financial control reporting  processes to ensure it is current and consistent
  • Provide technical and subject matter expertise on available technologies and processes to improve quality and consistency of processes
  • Responsible for supporting change initiatives, process improvements and in system implementations related to processes and applications

The skills you'll need

You’ll need to hold a CA or MBA qualification, have proficiency in accounting and have experience of working in a large, multinational organisation. You’ll bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial control, preferably gained within financial services. You’ll have worked in a global context and will have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders in a changing environment.

  • A proven ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and customers across organisations and geographical boundaries, influencing and challenging as required
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of relevant systems and excellent excel skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement of activity
  • An astute eye for detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
