About You: 

Our business is experiencing rapid global growth, and we are looking for a Director of FP&A to support our management team and the broader company with financial and strategic data and insights about the health and direction of the business. This role will partner with business leaders to develop financial plans, forecasts, work on strategy and planning, project analysis and custom projects.  

You must have direct experience in strategy and financial operations of an adtech company with an understanding of programmatic buying, with experience specifically working on an exchange a plus. Being passionate about early-stage growth businesses is key, and using financial analysis and data to uncover the “ground truth” about the business is an essential skill. You are eager to develop the operating and financial insights driving the company’s growth.

What you’ll do: 

  • Hands-on professional who is comfortable working with the C-Suite and Management Team to provide valuable insights into the business. 

  • Prepare forecasts, KPIs and financial metrics for the Operating Dashboard.  

  • Partner with the CFO to prepare the monthly financial package for presentation to OneMagnify and the Emodo board of directors. 

  • Prepare of the monthly reporting package and variance analysis for the Emodo Management Team. 

  • Provide a high level of thought process to drive strategy improvement; recommend solutions and implement best practices to enhance the reporting and analytical infrastructure. 

  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support company strategic initiatives and financial decisions related to Business Development, M&A and partnering. Participate in discussions and decision making. 

  • Develop accurate forecasts for revenue, expenses, and headcount. 

  • Provide input and support for the annual audit. 

  • Provide analytical support, business analysis, and financial modeling for business and corporate development.  

What you’ll need: 

  • Experience working in either a finance or strategy organization for a dynamic and growing adtech company; programmatic exchange/SSP experience preferred. 

  • 5+ years of consulting experience or with Finance, FP&A, and quantitative analysis.  

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Comfortable working with and articulating financial concepts with senior executives and department managers. 

  • Experience improving financial planning processes and systems to enhance management decision-making. Experience with large data set manipulation. 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. 

  • Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task. 

  • Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues. 

  • Experience with systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, Oracle, SAP and BI tools.  

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. 

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA desired.
