Job Description:

Position Overview 

This position is accountable for all aspects (sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and evaluation) of non-exempt as well as entry to mid-level exempt positions as assigned. Responsibilities include fostering professional relationships across all business units to meet staffing needs; providing general human resources information and support to managers and HR representatives; and ensuring that process standards are followed so that compliance is maintained.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage the recruiting process for assigned vacancies and perform all functions relative to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating applicants.  

  • Provide guidance and support to managers in the areas of recruitment, interviewing, evaluation and selection of applicants.  

  • Proactively source and screen passive candidates to build talent pipeline for the organization 

  • Negotiate and extend offers to candidates ensuring all necessary pre-employment administrative processes are complete.  

  • Identify and utilize external job posting sources and the Company’s website ensuring company ads and job postings meet the Company’s standards. 

  • Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas or methods; assist in creating innovative sourcing strategies which meet the Company’s needs and standards.  

  • Ensure that applicant flow procedures relating to receiving, processing, filing, and purging of applications comply with State and Federal regulations, while at the same time provide a viable source of candidates for assigned vacancies. 

  • Assist in the development and management of external staffing vendor relationships.

  • Intermediate knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.  

  • Solves a range of straightforward problems 

  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures 

  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction 

Minimum Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required 

  • 2-5 years’ relevant experience required
