You Will Be Responsible For:

- Data driven consulting capabilities to transform various functions of business with data and AI, ranging from supply chain, manufacturing and marketing and sales etc.

- Identify actionable insights from the core business and value creation/prioritization, then apply data analytics, automation, and advanced AI to address our clients’ most complex challenges

- Understand data foundation and applied intelligence platforms to help client build modern digital core.

- Fully leverage analytics, ML/DL, and LLM/GenAI to build intelligent solutions and help client embark on the journey of AI-Led transformation.

- Understand responsible AI methodology and put people at its center.

The key responsibilities may include:

- Client-facing interaction including providing data-driven analyses, recommendations, presentations, advice, to clients.

- Lead/Join proposal preparation, client presentation and project delivery.

- Evaluate/Diagnose the current state of the client’s data readiness for AI solution.

- Design new solutions to increase client efficiency and performance.

- Deliver data&AI projects including but not limited to big data analytics, prediction, anomaly detection, optimization, knowledge management, LLM, Generative AI, AI Agent with agentic workflow, etc., in functional areas such as intelligent supply chain and smart manufacturing, AI powered marketing and sales etc.

Job Qualifications

- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required in a related field; strong preference for fields of study in statistics, data science, with AI background

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in data science, advanced modelling, and predictive modelling with commercial data science or machine learning platforms in a consulting company or a corporate’s digital organization; .

- Good understanding and application development experience on the LLM/GenAI/RAG/AI Agent a great plus but not required.

- Industry domain knowledge preferred in Consumer Goods/Retail or Life Science or High Tech etc.

- Expert on machine learning algorithms and coding tools like Python.

- Proficiency in written and speaking English in working environment.
