What would you do? The BIS team provides Business Intelligence Solutions in the form of applications, automation, and reporting that help Operations teams become more efficient and effective in delivering quality service. • Applications enable data collection, workflow management, and reporting. • Automation encompasses completion of manual tasks and aggregation of data from various data sources. • Reporting from original data sources allows leaders and teams to make data driven decisions as well as to timely monitor operational health.
What are we looking for? Excel VBA Knowledge & Coding, SQL coding, Reporting and Analytics Good to Have: Python (technology subject to platform migration), Power BI, Power Query
Roles and Responsibilities: The BIS Analyst supports the clients to conduct and maintain daily BAU operations and create data-related reports and platforms for the required business audience. The role requires someone who works independently and drives agenda. Must have: • Good communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills. • Excel VBA Knowledge & Coding, SQL coding, Reporting and Analytics • Listening skills, Critical thinking, and Problem-solving skills • Mailbox Management, checking emails and responding appropriately.
