The Senior Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Analyst is instrumental in advancing Aledade’s mission to enhance healthcare quality and reduce costs through physician-led Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This advanced role involves leading the analysis of clinical documentation and risk stratification initiatives, ensuring that our practices operate with optimal effectiveness and efficiency. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.
