For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Senior Recruitment Assistant role.

Your role

The purpose of this role is to support the attraction and selection of individuals for Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw ensuring we attract and select the highest quality from the widest possible pool in the most cost-efficient and effective way.

Primary areas of focus are:

  • Support with end to end recruitment process coordination
  • Support with direct sourcing and attraction activities
  • Support with selection and assessment
  • Ensuring best in class candidate experience
  • Actively participate in Employer Branding activities
     
  • Requisition Management:
    • Raise requisitions in ATS.
    • Flag any discrepancies in the job descriptions or WD spreadsheets shared by Hiring Manager.
    • Assure data accuracy.
    • Flag any discrepancies from the pre-agreed approval process.
       
  • Candidate Management:
    • Schedule interviews and meetings between candidates and interviewers.
    • Schedule and coordinate Case Studies with candidates.
    • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
       
  • Communication:
    • Serve as the point of contact for candidates assuring high level of candidate experience.
    • Communicate progress on requisitions approval process.
    • Communicate interview schedules and details to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
       
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Organise and maintain recruitment files and records.
    • Manage general Warsaw Recruitment mailbox.
       
  • Collaboration:
    • Assist in end to end recruitment process.
    • Assist in liaising with recruitment agencies and external partners as needed.
    • Establish relationships with other team members to provide seamless service to candidates; manage the candidate experience.
       
  • Sourcing & Screening:
    • When applicable, support with sourcing and screening activities.
    • Support the recruitment team in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
       
  • Process Improvement:
    • Suggest improvements to recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and share updates with the team.
       
  • Employer Branding
    • Participate in the organization of work fairs or brand events. Act as Linklaters Ambassador during these events.
    • Promote Linklaters content in approved social media channels, e.g. LinkedIn.
    • Support the team in EB materials creation.
       
  • Compliance and Confidentiality:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Handle sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and integrity.

Your experience

  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience on a similar role in recruitment area - preferable
  • Previous experience at work in an international environment – nice to have
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Readiness to become ambassador for Linklaters
  • Proactive & enthusiastic approach and readiness to take ownership
  • Flexibility and professional approach
  • Approachable, team player
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Computer literate – good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Location

  • Warsaw - hybrid working model with 2 days per week at the office
