The Senior Manager of Global Account Sales plays a pivotal role in maintaining and growing key customer relationships on a global scale. This critical position drives revenue growth across Micron’s entire product portfolio to a defined strategic OEM customer, enables cross functional collaboration, communicates the voice of the customer, retains ownership of the opportunity pipeline, while encouraging and maintaining strategic relationships with the customer at all levels.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • WW Account Plan and Management:
    • Work collaboratively with supporting BU's, to define a working Strategic Account Plan and achieve account goals.  Includes coordination across global account team, where geographic reach extends beyond the Americas.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Establish broad and deep relationships at targeted customers. Develop and maintain comprehensive relationship map, to drive cross-BU collaboration and strategy, while tracking of all key milestones and achievements.
  • Attain quarterly sales objectives:
    • Deliver to BU and Corporate objectives - Optimize GM, sell the right products, maximize TAM share
  • Develop New Business Opportunities:
    • Identify strategic Sales opportunities for consideration by supporting BU team, while pursuing optimal return for the company from available resources.
  • Leadership:
    • Set an example as a Senior member of the Sales team through teamwork, trust, focus, determination, accomplishment, and integrity.

Qualification and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, MBA preferred.
  • Prefer 7+ years of technical sales and sales management experience
  • Have prior experience that required excellent communication/organizational skills
  • Have prior experience that demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
  • Have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives
  • Have a proven ability to drive for results and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proficient in SalesForce.com
  • Strong Analytical Skills

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$221,000.00 - $387,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
