Position Summary 岗位概述: 

Responsible for supporting daily operations of antibody products, including receiving, relabeling, order fulfillment, and coordination with suppliers and customers. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order execution and stable supply. And ensure that all operations comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and company policies.

负责抗体产品的日常运营工作，包括到货接收、换标、订单执行及与供应商和客户的沟通协调。该岗位在保障订单准确交付及供应稳定方面发挥关键作用。并确保所有操作符合EHS（环境、健康与安全）法规和公司政策。

Key Responsibilities关键职责：

•  Perform receiving, inspection, and relabeling of antibody products in compliance with internal procedures;

负责抗体产品的接收、核对及换标，确保符合公司流程与规范；
 

• Execute order fulfillment activities including picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery;

根据订单需求完成拣货、包装及发货，确保及时准确交付；
 

• Coordinate with suppliers on order status, shipment schedules, and issue resolution to maintain supply continuity;

与供应商沟通订单进度、发货安排及异常问题，保障供应连续性；
 

• Identify and resolve operational issues such as delays, discrepancies, or quality and safety concerns;

识别并处理运营过程中的异常（如延误、差异、质量及安全问题等）；
 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., warehouse, quality, planning) to ensure smooth operations;

与仓储、质量、计划等跨部门协作，保障流程顺畅；
 

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in relevant systems (e.g., ERP);

维护系统数据，确保信息准确、完整及可追溯；
 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality;

参与持续改进项目，提升运营效率与服务质量；
 

• Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company EHS policies and standards;

严格遵守公司EHS相关要求，确保操作过程安全合规；
 

• Identify and promptly report potential EHS risks, safety hazards, and environmental concerns;

及时识别并上报潜在的EHS风险及安全隐患；
 

• Comply with chemical handling and waste segregation requirements in line with environmental regulations;

遵守化学品管理及废弃物分类要求，确保符合环保法规；
 

• Participate in emergency drills and maintain basic knowledge of emergency response and evacuation procedures.

参与公司组织的应急演练，掌握基本应急响应与逃生技能。

• Undertake other related tasks assigned by superiors, including but not limited to the cross-departmental collaboration.

执行上级指派的其他相关工作，包括但不限于跨部门协作等。

Qualifications要求:

• Educational Requirement: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related fields;

学历要求：大专及以上学历，生物科学、医药或供应链相关专业优先；

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or life science industry preferred;

1–3年运营、供应链或生命科学行业经验优先；

• Basic knowledge of antibody or laboratory products is a plus;

有抗体或实验室产品相关知识者优先；

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP system experience is an advantage;

熟练使用Office办公软件（尤其Excel），有ERP经验优先；
 

• Good command of written English, with the ability to handle emails and business-related documentation.

具备良好的英文读写能力，能够处理英文邮件及相关业务文档。
 

• Would like to attend OT if required.

愿意按公司的要求服从加班的需要。
