This position reports to:
Local Division Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage local service operations with accountability for day-to-day execution, delivering customer expectations through efficient operational performance. Each day, you will ensure lean and faultless operations across the extended value chain, optimizing cost and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your skills by creating, implementing, and reviewing the operations strategy for the designated area, based on the upper strategy.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Services Division in Switzerland. Main stakeholders locally are Sales, Sales Operations and Partners. Likewise, you will collaborate globally with different functions, factories and leaders.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Ensure a clear customer focus, including prompt responses and accountability within the direct area of responsibility.
Co-create and execute strategies that set the benchmark for how the local market and customers are served.
Secure long-term customer retention by delivering a high-quality and consistent customer service experience.
Identify and communicate business opportunities to the account team while guiding, motivating, and developing both direct and indirect reports.
Qualifications for the role
You have acquired a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in roles with direct reports. You possess demonstrable experience leading and developing teams.
In total, you accumulated 12+ years of experience in various roles, including customer-facing positions within service/after-sales in an industrial environment (mission-critical drives/motors applications).
Enabling technical understanding and exchange on equal terms, you further possess a higher technical degree, which relates to our solutions within the Motion Business Area.
You are a highly motivated leader with a consistent focus on customers.
You are a good communicator and negotiator in German and English. French; other languages are a skill.
You hold a current work permit for Switzerland.
