What you will be doing:

Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.)
• Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
• Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• Trains and communicates with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.
• May be responsible for developing or executing project plans, budgets and schedules and for documenting work and results.
• May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

Skills:

  • Expertise knowledge in Angular; Bootstrap; Cascading Style Sheets (CSS); HTML5; Java; JavaScript; Node.js; React.js
  • Worked in one or more full-fledged Agile Methodology project, participated in multiple Sprints and be aware of complete Agile Process.

Desirables (good to have)

  • Hands on experience in Bitbucket, Jenkins, Oracle, SQL, Next.js
  • Security Vulnerability related coding practices is a plus

Competencies

Must Have:

  • Should have around 3-5 years of hands-on-experience using Angular and overall experience of 3+ Years in Java/ Angular/React.js development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization. Should possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to handle numerous responsibilities with little direction
  • Must have worked on small to large complex projects that require increased skill in business modeling and requirements definition and also with multiple products/services.
  • Ability to analyze already existing logic in the code and also modify logic in the existing applications.
  • Should possess the ability to be able to develop code from scratch for new applications or modules.
  • Ability to analytically think, research and implement solutions in the application code.
  • Should possess strong technical skills to design, code and unit test the impacted and new components as per the requirements.
  • Must have involved in preparing the product verification strategy for developing code components.
  • Adhere to tight and stringent deadlines in delivering design/code/debug tasks.
  • Good to have competencies working with one or more technical environments.
  • Must demonstrate a desire to learn new technologies as per business demands and expand on the technical skill set.
  • Very thoughtful in preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Status reports and keeping all necessary stakeholder updated as necessary.

  • Negotiates project requirements, acceptance criteria, and system turnover with internal and external clients (Optional for JR. Levels)
